Synopsis: Miri Alvarez (Rufa Mae Quinto) works as an operative for an international organization that serves to protect inventors and scientists from terrorists and the like. She is suspended and sent back to Manila after a mission goes horribly wrong. There, after having trouble adjusting to normal life, she investigates a series of mysterious disappearances among high-IQ individuals, and their eventual reappearance as flesh-eating monsters.
